The right to life is a fundamental right to which everyone is entitled and this right is so revered that Section 33 (1) of the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 (hereafter referred to as CFRN) copiously provides for the protection of this right to the extent that no one is allowed to take another’s life.
